Returns and Refunds

If You change Your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
 
Note: Customers in lockdown impacted areas will be given 30-days to return their orders from the date stores have re-opened.
 
Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre, or taken to one of our stores.
 
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition.
 
The original packaging must also be returned in original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
 
Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).
 
Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.
 
Due to health and hygiene, we do not to offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewellery piercing products unless faulty. We may not accept your return should the item, or its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition. 
 
Please note: At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.

Free Returns in store
 
You can easily return your order in store for free, simply take the items you want to return to one of our stores, with proof of purchase.

Note: If you’ve purchased using an in-store kiosk, you can return your order to any JD store with proof of purchase, If you haven't retained your receipt you can only return your order to the original store where purchased.. This will need to be made to the original payment type.
 
By Post
 
You can also return to us by post up to 30 days after your item was delivered.
 
1. Simply fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items you’re returning. If you don’t have access to a printer insert bit about writing details down.

You can easily use our returns portal available here to help you print and organise postage through Australia Post. Note: Do not attempt to return your item to the above address in person.
 
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
 
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

As soon as your return has been received and processed by our Returns Centre team, we’ll email you to let you know.
 
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care team and we’ll help you out.
 
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

Orders that are placed in store using the designated Kiosks are deemed regular in store orders and are subject to Our standard refund policies. At any point if a refund is required you can return your order to any JD Sports store with the receipt presented upon purchase in order to receive a refund. If you haven't retained your receipt you can only return your order to the original store where purchased. This will need to be made to the original payment type.

All orders can be returned in store, just provide your order number and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.
 
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.
 
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.
