When is Christmas delivery cut-off for orders?

Christmas delivery cut-off dates are outlined by state below.

Metro NSW, VIC, QLD and SA: Saturday 20th December, 2025 until midnight.

NT, WA, TAS and regional areas: Tuesday 16th December, 2025 until midnight.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help. Before contacting us it’s worth checking a few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information.

Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.

Check with your neighbours. If you weren't in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed. If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

How much does it cost for delivery?

Please either choose Standard or Express Delivery methods, pricing and delivery estimates are listed below.

Standard Delivery
Select 'AU Standard Delivery' at the checkout to get your order delivered within 3-7 business days for $7.95.

Express Delivery
Need it quick? Order now & choose “AU Express Delivery” to get your order delivered within 3 business days from dispatch for $11.95.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of dispatch.

We may ship from multiple locations, and we will send dispatch notification when all parcels have been sent. Parcels may come from any of our warehouses within Australia, New Zealand or the UK.

What are your hours of delivery?

Our carrier delivers between 7.30am and 10pm,

If you are not around, the courier will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel.

Alternatively they'll leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery, or pick-up from your local post office

Can I cancel my order?

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. After receiving, you are welcome to follow the returns process to receive a refund.
