MYER One at JD Sports Terms

Program Overview

JD Sports offers MYER one rewards in partnership with the Myer Group. The MYER one program is owned and operated by the Myer Group.

Exclusion

The MYER one program is not available in New Zealand or for online transactions via JD websites.

Membership and Participation

Customers can join the MYER one program at JD Sports by scanning the QR code displayed in store and completing their details. Customers can also join online at www.myer.com.au or via the MYER one app.

Existing MYER one members can provide their MYER one membership number at the time of purchase in-store to earn MYER one points.

Earning Points

MYER one members will earn 2 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases at JD Sports Australian stores.

MYER one points will be earned on Eligible Purchases made instore at all JD Sports store locations in Australia.

Eligible Purchases

Eligible Purchase’ are products that are in stock and available for purchase in JD Sports stores in Australia, excluding:

Products ordered via store kiosk even if payment and fulfilment take place instore.
JD duffle bags
JD gift cards; and
Delivery fees

Rewards

Members will receive a JD sports $6 Reward for every 1,000 Points earned. Rewards are redeemed here: https://www.myer.com.au/c/myer-one

Redemption

MYER one members can redeem JD Sports digital rewards card in store only.

Returns and Cancellation

If a product is returned or cancelled, the corresponding MYER one points will be deducted. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with JD Sports’ returns policy.

If a product is returned where a MYER one rewards gift card was used as a tender, JD Sports will provide a JD Sports gift card in place of a MYER one rewards gift card.

Privacy

Myer collects personal information from MYER one members to facilitate the program. Personal information is handled in accordance with Myer’s privacy policy (see here).
