Returns Policy
- If You change Your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre, or taken to one of our stores.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
We do not accept returns, or provide refunds for Crep Protect branded cleaning products.
Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).
Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.
Due to health and hygiene, we do not to offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewellery piercing products unless faulty. We may not accept your return should the item, or its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
Please note: At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.

How do I return something to you?

You are more than welcome to return your JD Sports online orders to any of our JD stores in Australia.
Alternatively, you can post your order back to our JD Sports Return Centre. If you wish to return your item by post - you can return your item via our Returns Portal here. Once you have received your Australia Post returns label, please package your item & follow the 5 easy steps below.
1 -) Lodge your return through our Australia Post return service here to receive your return label. Please ensure your item fits our returns policy requirements.
2 -) Package your item carefully with the completed returns form included inside. Please ensure this is included, so your item can be correctly identified by our team once your item is received.
3 -) Stick the Prepaid Return Label over the original shipping label if you are recycling our original packaging. Important: Make sure the previous label’s barcode is completely covered.
4 -) Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location listed on your Prepaid Return Label.
5-) Once your item has been received & processed, please allow our Returns team 7 business days to process your refund to your original payment method. You will be notified with an email informing you that the refund has been processed.

Can I exchange my item?
- At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.

How do i return an In-Store Kiosk order?
- Orders that are placed in store using the designated Kiosks are deemed regular in store orders and are subject to Our standard refund policies. At any point if a refund is required you must return to any JD Sports store with the receipt presented upon purchase in order to receive a refund.

Holiday Exchange Policy
- We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to exchange items. You can exchange items purchased from Sunday, 6th November up until Monday, 14th January 2023. Refunds will remain as per our 30-day policy.

How will I know if you have successfully received my order?

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

How long will it take to process my return?

As soon as your return has been received and processed by our Returns Centre team, we’ll email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
